How we verify title
One are equals 100 square metres. South Lombok land is usually quoted per are, which makes plots easy to compare. We publish indicative per-are pricing and recent comparables for context.
Not as freehold (SHM). Common routes are a long leasehold (Hak Sewa) or holding the land through a PT PMA company on HGB title. We match the structure to your plans.
BPN certificate verification against the registry, seller identity, zoning and permitted use, road access, and a clean-transfer review by an independent notary.
It depends on zoning and permits. We confirm permitted use before you commit and introduce trusted builders, with construction typically IDR 10 to 22 million per square metre depending on spec.
